Today we will be talking about how to invest 00 in yourself. Most people focus on investing in assets like stocks or real estate, but an investment in yourself is one that could pay you back many times over. It is important to invest in yourself and your happiness as well as assets. These three ways of how to invest 00 in yourself will help you to be a more well rounded person! While it is important to focus on your goals and your future, it is equally important to focus on your own health and happiness. Here are my favorite ways of how to invest 00 in yourself!

1. Invest in your skills

Remember that your pay is based on the value of the skill you provide. If you improve the value of the skill you provide, you will be paid more. While 00 is not enough for a college education, there are other ways to improve your skills. You could become certified in something. For example, NASM personal training or a real estate license. This would certify you to provide a more valuable skill and earn more in the process. Another way to do this is to learn something you will use yourself. This could be done by attending workshops, conferences or even just reading books! The bottom line is you need to improve the value of the skill you provide.

2. Invest in your creativity

This is all about you and your happiness. Learn something purely for enjoyment. Happiness in your life will spill over into other areas of your life and improve your productivity. On top of this, opening your mind to a creative process may spark a new idea. Become a happier person to prosper in other areas of your life. I recommend finding something you enjoy and dedicating one day a week to anything but work. As a result, you will be more productive the other 6 days of the week. A few ideas are learning to play an instrument, learning a new language, traveling or seeing new places, photography or classes.

3. Invest in your health

Your ultimate goal should be to stay around as long as you can on earth. When your mind and body are healthy, you perform better. Your physical endurance improves mental endurance as well. Regular exercise requires discipline, and this is a very valuable skill in other areas of your life. Treat your body like a sports car, not a farm truck. Put in a good fuel source. Explore the culture and activities in your area to improve your mental health. Keep your mind active by learning new things, challenging yourself and engaging in new conversations. The final thing to remember is allow yourself to relax! Don’t burn yourself out. Long term consistency beats short term intensity.

4. Invest in your exterior

This one is simple, dress to impress! Dressing well will improve your confidence and presentability. You want to wear clothes that make you feel confident and attractive. Make sure you are well groomed and have a nice haircut. Remember that confidence spills over into other areas of your life!

If anyone is looking to open a stock trading account, I highly recommend Robinhood as they offer free stock trading. I recommend them because this is the stock broker I use. Unlike traditional brokers, they do not charge commission on trades or require a minimum account balance. If you are interested in signing up, here is the link:
